こんにちは。ぴよです。シンガポールで妊婦生活を送っている方なら、「シンガポールらしいところでマタニティフォトを撮りたい！」と思ったことがあるのではないでしょうか？妊娠という貴重な期間にシンガポールにいたこと、せっかく素敵な写真を撮ってくれる方にお願いしたいですよね。
今回は私がマタニティフォトをお願いして、大大満足の写真を撮影してくれたLovelensのRandyさんをご紹介します。

シンガポールで週末フォトグラファーをされている方で、主に家族写真をメインに撮影されています。
ごちゃごちゃと説明は不要で、とにかく彼の作品を見てみてください。ポイントは、柔らかい光のタッチと、シンガポールらしさ満点の背景、そして写っているご家族の自然で素敵な笑顔です。
Randyさん曰く、柔らかいタッチは彼の長年の研究した成果で他の人には真似できないとか。さらに、シンガポールのランドマークの写し方を熟知しているので、どの写真からも一目でシンガポールらしさが伝わってきます。他のマタニティフォトのサービスももちろん検討しましたが、スタジオ撮影だったり、外でも緑が写っているだけなど、シンガポールの素敵なところが伝わってくる写真が撮れるのは彼が一番だったように思います。
私のシンガポールに住んでいた友人がRandyさんに撮ってもらった写真をFacebookにあげていました。それを妊娠する前に見て、「とても素敵な家族写真だなぁ」と印象に残っていたので、マタニティフォトを撮ることを決めたときにRandyさんを紹介してもらいました。
Mr.Randy is a photographer who works in Singapore and he especially good at family shooting such as wedding, maternity and family gatherings.
You can know how nice it is just at a glance without any words. The point is the touch of the light, the background of the landmarks of Singapore and the natural smiling of the families.
According to him, the touch of the light is because of his special study for a long long time. His each photo can be felt nice mode of Singapore at a glance because he knows the best place for shooting so much. Actually I’m also one of the client who asked for maternity shooting to him. I think he is the best photographer to take photos which can be felt nice mode of us and Singapore when I was looking for the one whom I wanted to ask for shooting though offcourse I considered for the other photographers.
Why I found his photos is that my friends who lived in Singapore before asked Mr.Randy to take family photos and he posted it to Facebook. When I saw his photos (I was not pregnant at that time) , I asked my friends who took this photo and I’ve remembered till now.
実際にお願いしてみた | How the shooting was like
一言で言うと大大満足！写真のできあがりが満足なのはもちろんですが、何より撮影している時間が楽しかった。
私たち夫婦は普段プロに撮影を依頼することはほとんどなく、どちらかと言うと写真が撮られるのが苦手です。ですが、Randyさんが空気をほぐしてくれたおかげで、写真を撮ってもらうことが楽しくなり、2人ともリラックスして撮影できました。Randyさん曰く子どもの撮影も得意なそうで、子どもが楽しくなるように声をかけながら撮影し、我慢できなくなる頃にはシャボン玉等の小道具を持ち出してくれるそうです。
It was really wonderful and memorable time! Off course the photos are sooo nice but also the time for shooting was really fun.
Actually we don’t like to take photo with professional photographers so much because we’re shy. But during the shooting with Mr.Randy we really relaxed and enjoyed the shooting because Mr.Randy is good at making clients relaxing. He also knows how to make children enjoying the shooting and parents can enjoy together.
事前の準備 | Preparation
撮影場所の検討 | How to choose the spot for shooting
LovelensのHPもしくはインスタで過去作品を見て、どのような写真がいいか夫と相談しました。
その上で、「マリーナベイサンズと緑が多い場所で撮りたい」とRandyさんとWhatsAppで相談し、撮影場所はガーデンバイザベイになりました。
At first my husband and I discussed where is the good spot for us with Lovelens HP. We requested him to choose the spot where was much green and also could be seen MBS. Finally he suggested Gardens by the bay as the best spot for us and we decided.
衣装の準備 | How to prepare the wearing
Randyさんが場所に合わせて、オススメの服の色やテイストをアドバイスしてくれました。(衣装の準備、ヘアメイクは自分達でやります。)それに合わせて私たちはSHEINでいくつか服を購入しました。
Mr.Randy have us some tips to choose the wearing.(Prepare the wearing and makeup by ourselves) We bought some wearing through SHEIN.
雨が降ったらどうなるの？| How about raining?
雨が降ったら日程変更してもらえます！前日にRandyさんが天気予報を確認し、問題なさそうかどうか連絡をくれました。
No worries! If the day is going to rain, he could arrange to the other day. Mr.Randy checked the weather forecast the day before shooting and let us know the day is good or not.
当日のスケジュール | Schedule of the day
撮影は朝7:30から開始でした。(通常は8:00からですが、こちらの都合で早めてもらいました。)
集合場所はガーデンズバイザベイのドロップポイント
私たちはGrabで向かいました。到着したら他の人はおらず貸切状態。まさに撮影にはうってつけ。朝日が上がってきてちょうど明るくなった頃だったので、暑さもそれほどではなく快適でした。
The shooting was started from 7:30 (usually it’s started from 8:00 but we asked to get earlier because of our schedule.) The meeting point was the main-entrance of gardens by the bay.
We went there by Grab. When we arrived, no one was there and the best mode to shooting. The weather was not so much hot on June and comfortable.
撮影時間は1時間。最初は「ちょっと短いかも？」と思っていたのですが、実際は十分お腹いっぱいでした。というのも、ガーデンズバイザベイの中には撮影スポットがギュッと集まっているので、撮影して数歩移動したらまた撮影という形でどんどん写真を撮っていくからです。さらに、早割特典で写真に加えて動画撮影もしてくれたので、選びきれないほどの写真／動画を撮ってくれました。
最初は少し緊張していた私たち、だけどRandyさんとお話ししながら公園内を散歩して行くうちにリラックスして楽しくなっていきました。そして、撮れた写真を見せてくれる毎にそれがとても素敵で、次どんな写真が撮れるのかより楽しみになっていきました。
The shooting time is one hour. Before shooting, we thought that it’s a little bit short but it was much enough because there are many shooting spots packed into gardens by the bay. He gave not only photos but also the short movie as well because we booked in early promo. We got so much photos!
Though we were a bit nervous at the beginnings, at the last we really enjoyed because his each photo is nice we were looking forward to how looks like the next photos.
納品が早い！| Quick delivery !
たくさん撮ってくれたにも関わらず、その日の午後3時ごろにはデータが納品されました。やっぱり写真は撮ってすぐに見たいですよね？Randyさんは仕事がとても早いので、その日の熱量そのままに写真を楽しむことができました。
Though he took so much photos and he had the next appointment after us, all the nice photos were delivered at 3:00 pm on that day.Don’t you think that you want to see the photos asap? We saw them with remembering the memorable shooting time.
終わりに | Summary
いかがだったでしょうか？撮る人の腕や嗜好によって同じものを撮っても全く異なる出来上がりになるのが写真の面白さです。であれば、大事な一瞬しか取れないマタニティフォトは「この写真が好き！」という人にお願いしたいですよね。
